Experience:

Mr. Kuveikis has strong ties to the Palm Beach County community. He grew up in Palm Beach Gardens, attending Palm Beach Gardens Elementary and High School. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida where he also attended law school. Mr. Kuveikis has over 13 years experience handling personal injury and insurance related claims.

He spent the first five years of his legal career at an insurance defense firm handling personal injury and insurance contract cases for Allstate, State Farm, and Progressive Insurance Companies. This experience gave him invaluable insight as to how insurance companies handle and evaluate injury claims.

Mr. Kuveikis next worked for a boutique law firm in Atlanta, Georgia handling wrongful death and product liability cases against large manufacturers such as General Motors, Mercury and Bombardier. It was here that Mr. Kuveikis gained knowledge and experiencing representing people injured or killed as a result of someone else’s negligence.

Upon returning to Florida, Mr. Kuveikis became a partner at a small personal injury firm, representing plaintiffs injured by the negligence of others. While at this firm, Mr. Kuveikis acquired significant trial experience and developed interpersonal skills necessary to effectively represent the interests of his clients.

In January 2005, Mr. Kuveikis joined forces with his childhood friend, Timothy Vannatta, whom he has known since they were eight years old. Together they continue their journey representing injured people seeking just compensation from insurance companies.

Experience:

Mr. Vannatta is a lifelong resident of South Florida. Upon graduation from law school Mr. Vannatta began his professional career as a prosecutor for the State of Florida in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County. During his tenure with the State's Attorney's office Mr. Vannatta prosecuted over fifty jury trials, including serious felonies. Upon leaving the State's Attorney's office he continued his career with two firms over a four year period. At that time he concentrated his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death and general liability. During those four years Mr. Vannatta gained significant insight into litigation as he represented both defendants and plaintiffs in civil cases, including taking cases through trial.

After practicing for six years Mr. Vannatta joined the largest class action firm in the world where he oversaw the prosecution of products liability cases, as well as cases against companies who had committed stock fraud upon their investors. His victories included several multi-million dollar settlements.

In the natural progression of an outstanding legal career, Mr. Vannatta has chosen to bring his extensive and diverse background to the firm of Kuveikis & Vannatta, P.A., which he has started with his lifelong friend Steven W.
